    First, I love blood. I mean, really, really love blood.

    Second, that looks an awful lot like this: http://www.nosetotailathome.com/2009/02/blood-cake-and-fried-eggs/ which is one of Henderson’s signature dishes (although they serve it with a 64C Egg these days).
